Payment Terms: Forge has the product subscription service, offers annual plans. It explains these options and goes into detail about renewal, including the day the renewal period is billed: 9.1 Subscription By purchasing an Annual Subscription, you agree to an initial pre-payment for one full year of service. After one year and annually thereafter, you will be billed a recurring Annual Subscription renewal fee at the then-current Annual Subscription rate. An option will be provided to you before the renewal fee is billed. You may cancel your Annual Subscription any time before the next billing cycle, subject to the terms of our cancellation and refund policy. 9.2 Payment Process i. Membership is annual and is valid for twelve consecutive months from the day of joining Membership shall renew automatically for further 12-month periods provided the original credit or debit card used to make payment remains valid, unless and until terminated in advance in accordance with these Terms. ii. You must pay the subscription by credit or debit card or UPI or through any valid payment gateway accepted and governed by Indian Laws. iii. If you fail to pay your membership fee, we reserve the right to suspend your membership until payment is received. 9.3 Automatic Annual Renewal Terms An option for automatic renewal is provided during the payment which is applicable only if you accept it. Notification via email, SMS and call will be sent 1 month prior to the end date of your membership. You will be able to edit the option of auto renewal during that time.

10. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If the member is not interested to continue or does not participate in any of the offered services after subscription, or if at all the student wants to opt out of the membership voluntarily or involuntarily, he or she can cancel their membership at any point of time. The charges paid towards the membership shall not be refunded at any time for any reason. However, if you have any queries, you can contact our helpline or support team.

11. Termination of use
We may, in our sole discretion, at any time discontinue membership, temporarily or permanently, and any service thereon. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any such suspension or discontinuance of your access to, or use of, the website or any content that you may have shared on the website. You will not be entitled to any compensation or other payment, even if certain features, settings, and/or any content you have contributed or have come to rely on, are permanently lost.
